Our Story
Ingram was founded in 2021 on a simple conviction: the companies that deploy AI best are the ones that understand it most deeply. Most AI projects stall between a promising demo and a system anyone can rely on, not because the idea was wrong, but because the engineering underneath it was never built for production.
So we built a lab that does both. We publish original research on AI evaluation, model behavior, and security, and we take what we learn straight into the systems we ship for clients. The research isn't a side project; it's the reason our deployments hold up.
We're based in the EU, which shapes how we work: security-first, GDPR-native, and fluent in the EU AI Act and ISO 42001, not as an afterthought, but as part of how a system gets built.
