We've been building conversational agents since 2022 — when the rest of the industry was still calling them chatbots. Fabrile isn't us chasing the agent hype; it's the productized form of work we'd already been doing for years. The same depth shows up in our research-grade builds: a multi-turn agent we built underpinned a peer-reviewed study accepted to Frontiers in Psychology. Fabrile was the instrument behind a quasi-experimental study of 159 professionals, comparing an AI chatbot to a traditional psychometric test for personality inference in hiring. The work was accepted to Frontiers in Psychology, co-authored with the London School of Economics. Not a demo — a research-grade build that held up under academic scrutiny.
