Rigorous enough for peer review
Fabrile was the instrument behind a quasi-experimental study of 159 professionals, comparing an AI chatbot to a traditional psychometric test for personality inference in hiring. The work was accepted to Frontiers in Psychology, co-authored with the London School of Economics. Not a demo — a research-grade build that held up under academic scrutiny.
